Take a Fascinating Self Guided Tour
Go by yourselves at your own pace, whilst recordings with sound effects from Romans marching to Victorians bathing tell you the impressive history of Trefriw Wells Spa and the special spa water it still produces. You enter the ancient cavern and sample Spatone direct from the rock, see the cyclopean bath house and discover many interesting items unique to Trefriw Wells Spa. Used for centuries by countless thousands of people to help restore energy and maintain good health, Spatone is available nationwide from chemists including Boots - health food stores including Holland & Barrett and mail order direct from the Spa.

Enjoy a Victorian Tearoom Treat
Spoil yourself and tuck into a delicious cake in the peaceful tearoom or garden overlooking the beautiful Conwy Valley. There's always a tasty selection of home cooked goodies to tempt you.

The Spa Beauty Shop
An Aladdin's cave of beauty care products including the extremely popular 'Spa' range of body lotions, soaps, bath soaks, moisturisers and body sprays, all beautiful presents exclusive to Trefriw Wells Spa. Also available by mail order.

Trefriw wells Spa is believed to have been discovered by soldiers of the XXth Roman legion. Today, the Spa is a unique visitor attraction and the Spa water is still helping tens of thousands of people from all over the world. You are more than welcome to view the Spa museum artefacts inside the tea rooms, take home complimentary information leaflets and browse in the Spa beauty shop without obligation to go on the self-guided tour. (Admission to the tea room and shop is free - there is a charge for the self guided tour, children under 10 go free).
Summer - Easter to 30th September 10.00am to 5.30pm 7 days a week
Winter - October to Easter, Mon to Sat 10.am to dusk, Sunday 12 noon to dusk.
